Deck Construction Rules: Deck MUST contain exactly 5 cards of the following color identifications: Black (5), Blue (5), Green (5), Red (5), White (5), Colorless (5), Multicolored (or Hybrid) (5). Within each color category, no two cards can have the same converted mana cost. (Lands will fill our the count.)
Card Rules: All Basic Land cards GAIN the ability “Rainbow: Tap to add one mana of any color. This land does not untap during its controller’s next untap phase.” (If the Rainbow ability is not used, land untaps as normal.) Non-basic Lands may be included, as desired.
Play Rules: 1v1, Round Robin, 1 hand each. Llama tie-breakers to be played off by pairing each finalist with a team-mate for Two Headed Giant Playoff Battle.
Hmmm. Sounds strange. Must be a Will rule set.
