Great times at Hollingsworth Hacienda. We not only shot it out with our Silver Bullets decks, we also invited Levi into the mayhem.
It was somewhat a game of matchups as Brandon beat Will, Alex beat Ryan, Will beat Alex, etc. When the dust settled, Ryan and Alex tied with 3 wins against 1 loss. Levi was gracious enough to take the pig in his first action. (But – fair warning – the skills are there, he just needed to shake the rust off.)
After the tourney, we launched into Star with 60 card decks. Ryan took a bold lead but Alex was in the mix … then Ryan restarted the game. Will’s burgeoning token army got Ratchet Bombed … twice. Alex, the great, would not be denied and made it the bi-fecta. Congrats.
We’re thinking about jumping our next match up to next Thursday (since Ryan is vacating the following week). Titus is due up to host next (if available). If not, we’ll flip to Alex. We will possibly play Will’s Jumpstart decks.
